We set out three key steps before any implementation:

PHASE I

Analysis

This phase consists of a preliminary meeting with the client to determine the specific needs and expectations around the scope of the project.

In this phase, we take special care in the measurement of the house, and the determination of the different zones. We analyze different alternatives to reach an initial proposal that includes the necessary suggestions for space use, mobility and lighting according to each client.

PHASE II

Presentation of the initial idea and budget.

Once the needs and expectations has been determined, they all will be reviewed again with the customer to clarify any doubts or changes.

The budget is presented in a comprehensive way to the rehabilitation of the house and in a new meeting the final project is presented to the client for approval by both parties.

In this phase, in the pre-execution procedures we take care of permits, licenses and urban development prior procedures.

PHASE III

Carrying out the preparatory work.

This is the most crucial phase in the project.

The main purpose is aiming the entire project by implementing and developing the housing rehabilitation work exactly as it was defined in the previous stages. In this final step is when our standards of quality, daily supervision, professionalism and commitment to develop projects are widely recognized.
